Charisma Property Management

I have been with Charisma going on 6 years now in 2 different apartments, they are great! Maintenance issues are fixed promptly, they have worked with me if I was late, the staff is very friendly!

Staff is so personable on the phone and don’t hesitate to take prompt action to any concerns or needs! They relate to any problems as if they are living in the same situation, however, due to their constant attention to the building I haven’t known of anything that would be considered disastrous. They pride themselves in keeping the outside appealing to the eye as well as the inside of the building! I appreciate this as friends and family come and go it’s important to me to show this apt building is being taken care of! Thanks Charisma!!

The renting is smooth and website is easy to use. When you put a work order in they contact you right away and maintenance fixes the issue in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend Charisma Properties to anyone.

To say they are fantastic is an understatement! Due to circumstances out of our control from a new owner, we had a few choices to make. Amy, Sheila and anyone else we spoke with has gone out of their to make things go smooth. We will stay with Charisma a long time. Thank you Amy for everything!

Charisma has been great to work with. Amy and Jen work really hard to communicate with all our HOA to what is going on. They are friendly and helpful and do their best to help us keep our HOA going. Anyone working with them or living in one of the properties they work with are lucky to have them.

Charisma Property Management is a wonderful property management company. Our HOA uses them for property management and they have been nothing but helpful, cooperative, and supportive of all our needs. They are on top of all of our needs and are there to answer any questions of the owners or the board. They have helped us provide more services to our HOA members like online bill pay and handyman services for homeowners. Jen is the person I usually interface with and she is so wonderful. She is on top of all maintenance issues and has a solution for everything. When you call the office, everyone is so pleasant to work with. Their property management services are beyond believable, I can’t imagine managing our HOA without their help.

Charisma has easy access to make monthly payments and Jen in the office is always a pleasure to work with she responds In a Timely manor with questions I have had. She is truly an asset to the team at Charisma

This property management company is terrible. We were erroneously charged for infractions and repairs. We complained about the noisy upstairs neighbor and nothing changed. We were losing our minds and I couldn't work from home. So, we moved. When we left, they sent us a bill with ridiculous charges. Then, they sent that insane bill to Breit & Boomsma a debt collecting law firm for debt collection. Shady property management company working with a shady law firm. Beware!
