I had my first visit today, and I am very pleased! Patty at the front desk is so friendly and speaks to everybody with so much professionalism and had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and was always laughing! Jovanna was the hygienist I had, and she was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information regarding the issues I had with my teeth. Dr. Jarrett is also very friendly, and she introduced herself and welcomed me to their office! They listen to your concerns to help develop a treatment plan that fits your needs perfectly! Thank you all for such a welcoming visit and for being so kind! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Jarrett is a great dentist. She has a wonderful staff also. They are very professional and take the time to listen to their patients. The hygienists do a great job. Dr. Jarrett has restored two of my teeth with composite restorations.

I have been with this practice since childhood and have been thru the first dentist that started the practice to the one he gave it to when he retired and now with Dr. Jarrett who I have seen a few times and am impressed with. The staff have always taken great care of me and my family and make me feel right at home. Patty, Jovana and Melinda are wonderful and always take care of what we need and go out of their way to make sure all our needs are meet.

Called this morning for a toothache and there happened to be a cancellation so they got me in today. Loved all their office staff and the pricing isn't too bad. I have to get some extensive work done and after my visit today and working with Tara and the Dr, I am so excited to get this done!

I love the view of the Kanawha river/boulevard as you are being massaged by the chair your setting In. And the friendly staff makes a great team for my Dentist Allison Jarret.

For me to rate a dentist at 100 percent is a true anomaly. My experience, however, on this occasion, was that it takes an entire staff, tightly woven and chosen, to provide service excellence to a traumatized individual with prior negative experiences... At any level and/or scale . The staff here works better than the London guard... They greet you with a sense that you have become part of a family who gets you, and your concerns. From Patty at the moment of entrance and escort through the process... To Loretta and her ability to understand and comprehend the complexity of patient care, psychology, and trauma... To the absolutely expert skill, care, and bedside manner of the skilled dentist Dr. Jarrett who helps with not only the physical immediate need of the patient ... But the heart of the matter as well the need for the patient to regain trust after negative prior life trauma and/or dental experiences. In short, you'll leave with not only 100 percent excellent care in dentistry, but with the knowledge that the entire staff is a perfect working family....and that's what you felt when you entered, & is percent validated when you exit. And, as for myself, I have found my forever family dentist. They are the best in all the land .... I'm privileged to share the good news about my experience

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr Jarrett took it out quickly and painlessly. Dr. Jarrett and her office made me feel 100% comfortable. Everyone in the office is caring and friendly.

Such a great experience for me and my family. The staff were incredible and made my girls feel so comfortable!

Just wonderful! I have anxiety and alot of work that needs done. The whole office was so nice and friendly! Jessie was fabulous and made me feel so much better about being there. I honestly recommend them to everyone!
