Charles Pearlman, MD

Dr. Pearlman is an outstanding surgeon who takes his time to read accurately X-rays, MRI’s and reports. He gives his patients honest advice and proper treatment. Can’t say enough about Dr. Pearlman.

Makes you wait at least 2 and half hour. Even waited 4 hours one time. Besides the wait time, the doctor is also arrogant and doesn’t take his time with patients.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I waited to see Dr. Pearlman for 3 hours for him to disrespect in front of other clients. When you are speaking on people’s personal business it should be in private. He is very arrogant, bold face, and has a nasty attitude. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HIM. Besides his nasty ways, his assistant is a charm. She was very helpful and mannerly.

First appointment last week. Waited a little while, not to bad. Staff was fantastic from the initial phone call to make the appointment as well as the day I went in. Doctor was just as nice as the staff and was thorough with his explanations and directions. Good doctors have busy offices, bring a book, watch TV or play roulette on your cell phone just chill out if you want great care. HD

AVOID. I disregarded the other bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake. They are spot on. I went there for my first and last time today. No Covid precautions whatsoever. There are a crowd of patients in a windowless room with no ventilation. The front desk staff is rude and not knowledgeable. Appointments mean nothing. You'll be seen hours after your "appointment". The staff gives you a stack of paper to fill out then left mine out where other patients had access to them. I've made a complaint to NYU and a HIPAA complaint with OCR.

The receptionist at the front desk didn't take her job seriously, she doenst have good customer service skills and shouldn't work if shes not happy with this job. She ruined my day as I cmae here with my mother. I asked her how long will we wait and before my question she rudely said i dont know. When i asked her how many patients are infront of us she goes like I'm not allowed to tell you that. It wasnt like I was asking her who was before us. Very rude. I never post reviews but my experience here was so bad I just had to.

Dr. Pearlman performed surgery on my knee back in July. He did an excellent job very professional and he gives a lot of great information on your medical condition. I love the staff in the office. All of the ladies at the front desk have been so nice and professional towards me.

The worst office ever. Terrible experience. The doctor and his staff are all rude and unprofessional animals. Bathroom was out of order and the arrogant Dr. told me I should use the bathroom across the street at Marshalls - the working bathroom in the office was for employees only. Dr arrived 2 hours late and I waited over 2 hours before the final insult from staff had me walk out. DO NOT USE THIS DR. Like

He is gud enuf . But he can’t listen to his patients.. AND he is the only doctor in this place , results hours of waiting .. Today I came second time with my father and it took 4 hours just to see the doctor . First time doctor saw us after two and half hours . Secondly the girl on reception was so rude . When I asked her how many ppl ahead of me . She said I can’t tell u this .. u have to wait .. The staff should b friendly at least in doctor ‘s office . Because ppl come here in pain

I like this doc - takes his times, explains the options. He knows his stuff. He does what needs to be done. Period. I was his patients for a fracture. He recommended an approach that worked and I was on my feet again. I can recommend this guy with all my heart!
