Dr. Charles was amazing, and does great work. I'm very satisfied with his work. It a nice clean place. How ever this one lady was rude at the front desk. " I feel they should prepare or warn u of the time that will be spent at the institute.
You are always treated special at Charles Retina. Plan on being there for hours but best care available.
Nice clean place. Professional environment with respectful workers. My checkup was completed relatively fast but that could be because I went at a time when it was less busy.
Good Doctors but not worth losing a half day pay while you wait. They over book appts, make you sit in the cold cars or wait outside if you were dropped off. I am looking for new doctor.
I have been going to Charles Retina Institute for over 9 years. The staff and doctors are always professional and caring. They are the reason I still have my sight today.
