One of my go to stops in Ontario Mills is Charleys. They do have delicious philly cheese steak sandwiches. A little bit on the pricey side but they serve good enough portions. Great pit stop as you go around shopping.
Honestly the slowest service ever, especially when they aren't busy. They also forgot almost everything that came in my sandwich basically got cheese and bread. They really need to get better management.
I had the Cali sandwich and the bacon and cheese fries. The seasonings on the side were a nice touch. The strawberry lemonade was a little too sweet for my taste. The line was outrageous. People were cutting in front of other people. The staff seemed over it. It didn’t take too long for our food, but definitely a longer wait than other places in the food court. Also good luck finding seating on a busy day. But that’s just how this mall is...
My fries were cold and undercooked . Even asked for them extra crisp. The sandwich was way off from what I ordered. Long line and one cashier and people just standing around . Horrible
The sandwiches are all made fresh. The vegetables all taste fresh. This time I tried the Ultimate Club sandwich, and it is absolutely incredible. Awesome perk is when you buy 7 sandwiches, the 8th one is free. You can accompany any of your sandwiches with fries including cheddar bacon and wash it down with a delicious blueberry lemonade. Only downside to this, every weekend it gets packed.
Sorry to say, this was the worst cheesesteak I have had in my life. No taste. The cheese whiz was almost non existent. Go to Philly's Best right outside of Ontario Mills.
I give this a one because I waited 45 minutes to get my food and the people working there were just standing there all bored while there was a huge line waiting to get some food, plus another 10 minutes to get my food just put some huevos in the job.
This place is always slow even when you order online except a long wait.

I absolutely love this place! I always get the Chicken California sandwich and it never disappoints. I dont care for their fries but I still get full when I order a small sandwich and one of their lemonades which are also very good. Their ingredients seem really fresh and the price is average. Overall, I would recommend anyone to give this place a try.
