Customer service was great helped me out. The stick I bought for my son is a little much for him right now just was wondering the return policy on Pool Cues purchased less than 24 hours. Will you be able to return for a full refund? If you can help me out an let me know that would be great thanks.

It's the best place to get work done on your cue. It's the only place I go to have work done on my cue. Charlie is very very good. The staff is very nice and great people.

1st time at Charlie's tonight and had 3 cue shafts retipped and cleaned. While I waited I had a huge cheese steak sub and a couple of O'douls. Tips were done very professionally by Robert. He's was very knowledgeable and pleasant . The sub was awesome. I drove from Kent Island and it was very worth the trip. Thanks to all!!!!
