Stopped by this place last week, and decided to switch to a vape until weaning off nicotine altogether. When I walked in there were two employees there, one young lady, and a young man. The young lady was attentively helping another customer, but the guy was sitting back on the counter, completely immersed into his cell phone, totally oblivious to me looking at the vapes. I had to call for his attention, and even then he seemed somewhat distributed at me for distracting him from whatever he was doing on his phone. I asked him what the best vape was, and he pointed one out, and told me a few features of it. I had already decided I was going to buy one, so I told him I'd take it, then I asked him what his favorite flavor of juice was. He simply pointed me to the rack of sale bottles, without giving me a specific recommendation. He then rang me up, and didn't even take the vape out of the box to show me how to use it, what to replace, or even how to turn it on. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the vape, after I went home and watched a few YouTube videos on how to use it, but the service here, It almost seemed as if I was a burden to him, rather then an appreciated customer. Maybe he was just having a bad day, I don't know, but I will not be coming back here.

Nice staff, clean shop. Only sells smoking stuff. Nothing adult-beverage.

I kept breaking glass stuff on my previous visit(by accident, trying to find a fitting connector) but they were very kind and patient and helped me find the correct part. My most recent visit I came for Kratom which I usually buy online but had run out and needed some as it's a powerful tool for pain relief. I called Charlie's too and they had kratom in stock, albeit it was more than I was accustomed to paying but they threw in some samples and where extremely helpful and helped me find the correct product for my use case. I couldn't recommend it more. If you could find it at a store like this, they'll have it. Great place and staff.

This little head shop has everything from fun gifts to the exact item you've been looking for everywhere online, but never had any luck with ordering. The store is family owned and operated and everyone is friendly and very helpful. Questions are addressed and you're never made to feel silly or otherwise even if you think the question will get you laughed right out the door :)
