his is seriously incredible sausage. I picked up both their black truffle and beer sausage for a party. Both of them were incredible and disappeared way too quickly. 5 out of 5, would do again and recommend!
The dry cured salami “cerveza seca” is some of the best salami I’ve ever had and definitely the best I’ve had in the states. I tried it at their pop up stand at union square holiday market and bought a giant 2 lb salami. Then I went back 1 minute later and bought 4 more pounds. That’s 6 lbs of salami. Yes, it’s that amazing.
Really delicious charcuterie! They have a wide variety of meats and every type that I've tried has been tasty. I'm hoping they start to supply my local grocery store soon!
The best salami in the industry. By far you need to try it... im regular customer and give them as gifts as well.
Honestly, I'm shocked that this isn't the first result that comes up when you google "meat." Their Spanish chorizo is proof of a divine creator and their salami picante is so good that I have night terrors about running out of it. I don't always travel across the country for meat, but when I do, it's for Charlito's.
I love these guys! They're super easy to work with, they're local, and they make incredible salamis.
Charlito's Cocina is a treat we look forward too on family vacations and get togethers. Sure enjoy the Salami Picante and the Corinzo Seco. Sliced cheese and Charlito's products make an amazing appetizer tray.
In love with the salamiss!
Pretty awesome meat
