Clean, well lit, well mapped, nice qnd courteous people with shops and various well thought of places to rest in between travel connections. As many airports are being renovated, this is one as well broadening it's horizons. Bare with the building and be patient with the work being done to provide the upgrades. Great quaint airport.

Cool blue outside lighting when landing. There are several food options though 40% are closed during COVID. Plenty of chargers. Easy to walk through.

This is an incredible Airport! Staff are friendly and its full of shops, restaurants, anything you could possibility need the airport has. Shuttle buses are frequent and convenient. Highly recommended

Nice Friendly Airport. No complaints....yet never saw so yellow vests walking around in groups or just hanging out. Must be a thing. Great Place for connecting flights. Recommended.

Crowded? Yes I can understand people are traveling home, to be with family, go on vacations etc. The plane was pretty full so masks and hand sanitizer is a must. I love Charlotte Douglas. It's my main airport I fly out of.

Very easy to navigate. I enjoyed the surroundings walking from one terminal to the next during my layover. It resembled somewhat of a shopping mall. It gets awfully crowded in some gate areas though; there is not enough seating for everyone so it can be hard to social distance.
