The Charlotte Landscaping Services team does a great job at a great price. They were willing to work with my schedule and stayed in excellent contact. They are friendly, professional, and nice. And their work is top notch! When they arrived my yard was an overgrown horrible mess, with weeds like trees and lots of thick patches. Mark talked me through what they were going to do and when the team was done, it looked amazing! The end result was better than any service I've used before, that's for sure. I will keep using CLS and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Having recently moved to a home with a yard that had been long neglected, heavily planted and overgrown, I needed a landscaping services company that could manage an extensive yard revitalization project. I contacted Charlotte Landscaping Services, requesting a walk through of the property and a proposal for services. Mark, the owner of the company, immediately contacted me. He came over the next day, reviewed options with me and outlined a plan for services. He was accommodating of my schedule. He and his team arrived on time and performed an extensive amount of work with dedicated professionalism. Mark was genuinely concerned about the immediate and long-term welfare of the trees and plants, and took care of them correctly, while I was not focused on that aspect. He took the time to enlighten me about his approach. Within one week from my initial contact with Charlotte Landscaping Services, the trees and bushes were transformed, the beds were cleaned up, pine bark was installed and the work was completed. I have high standards, and Mark and his team exceeded them in every way. My neighbors were very impressed as well. I highly recommend Charlotte Landscaping Services, LLC.

I would've given Charlotte landscaping services five stars but I never give companies I rate the most stars because I always feel there's room for improvement but they were really great they did everything I wanted. They designed the front of my house with mulch and arranged landscaping lighting, trimmed my bushes, etc. and I became the Envy of all my neighbors! The two previous ratings I saw where quite disturbing I was glad I trusted the latest rating because The workers that came to my house where courteous and did a wonderful job from start to finish after they were done all I had to do was look at the Beautiful transformation they did on the front of my house I would recommend Charlotte landscaping services to anyone Who is a bit of a perfectionist and wants courteous people working on there home thank you Charlotte Landscaping Services from a very satisfied customer

I hired Charlotte Landscaping Services to perform basic mowing and edging services at my home. On the first visit, there was an issue with them cutting my lawn too short and leaving clumps of cut grass on my front yard. I called them directly and was rushed off of the phone and told to email them a list of my concerns so that they could add them to the "notes" for my yard. In my email, I listed my concerns and also noted that I wanted them to skip service for the following month to give my grass a chance to grow back. They completely ignored this, and in the process of visiting my home the 2nd time, when they were supposed to skip the service, they cause damage to the vinyl siding all around my house. There were multiple areas that had holes and cracks in the siding. I went out, took pictures, and contacted them immediately to let them know. Upon speaking with them, they initially denied that they caused any of the damage. My home is a little over a year old - newly built. I walk around my house and yard almost daily and am very observant. This was definitely damage caused by them. In the same conversation, the person with whom I was speaking tried on several occasions to try to "over-talk" me, and cut me off. I indicated that I no longer wanted them to mow/edge my yard until after my damage was fixed, and then I would consider if I wanted to continue using them as a service. I was told that they were going to continue to charge me for service and if I terminated the agreement, that I would be responsible for the termination fee and they would not be 'liable' to pay for any repairs. I've left out a few other worrisome details, but for the sake of time, in the end, they did pay for the repairs, and I paid their early termination fee so that I could be rid of them. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Created a beautiful landscape design for my yard. I now have a beautiful lawn and no more weeds finally. Excellent service would highly recommend them. There crew was great, Cameron was very informative in responding to my million questions. A+ all the way.

Contracted with Charlotte Landscaping Service to perform work on my back yard. A large portion of my back yard was to be covered with stones and bricks so I was very specific on the materials to be used for the project. To make a long story short, they COMPLETELY screwed up on the materials used. I wanted round gray river stones with dark gray bricks and concrete stepping stones. Ended up with red bricks, white irregular stones, and red tint paver stones. I also asked for a built planter box but instead got a rectangular dirt area. My expectations, design and scope of work were clearly outlined throughout the plans, scope, and discussions. I communicated to the business on several occasions via email the specifics to the work that needed to be done. This was conveyed in text, pictures, and a few layout drawings that were clearly labeled with material types. The company responded to my emails so I know they were received. They tried to tell me that they communicated the materials that they were going to use. First, WHY ON EARTH would a company say which they didn't that they would to use materials that goes against what was specifically asked for by the customer?? Second, I never received an email from them detailing materials to be used other than the what I clearly outlined. Furthermore, their proposal was so vague, one could only assume that they were following my instructions. Charlotte Landscaping Services offered to remove the stones but said I would have to pay for installation and the new materials. Sorry, but I'm not paying for your mistake.... I will NEVER use Charlotte Landscaping Service again and advise that you do the same.

Very unprofessional and have never completed a project they started here. They know enough to make a mess of everything and have never provided the scope of work listed in the contract. But hey, let's all ride around in Corvettes though!!
