Guru Ranjit is the most spiritual person I have ever met. He helped me find inner peace through meditation. I am so much happier and fulfilled since I started using his simple techniques in my everyday life. I find myself feeling much more relaxed when I am in situations that would routinely upset me or cause me anxiety.. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with stress, family or personal issues. He has truly changed my perspective about life. Thank you Ranjit..
Ranjit is a special human being. I am so thankful for his friendship and his spiritual guidance. Meditation has improved my quality of life immensely! I am more relaxed, more focused, and more productive in my daily activities. I am less anxious. My personal relationships are better. But meditation is not something to be conquered. It is a practice and it takes work. I see mindfulness meditation as a lifelong journey of enlightened understanding. I am grateful to have such a great teacher.
Guru Ranjit has helped me immensely with personal anxiety issues, but even more importantly, I have learned through Meditation to relax, stop stressing over things I cannot change, and live a better, healthier life with less worry! He is a master at making one comfortable with meditation, especially after living a life in the "western way". I highly recommend Ranjit and Charlotte Meditation for any and all.
I met Guru Ranjit last year at a business networking event, when he introduced laughter yoga to the group. It was a great experience and immediately lifted the mood of the entire group of 70+ people. I have since met Guru Ranjit multiple times and he is a wonderful person. He is THE meditation teacher in Charlotte and I highly recommend him to anyone.
I found Charlotte Meditation and Guru Ranjit to be exactly what I needed in my life. It has benefited me personally, my family life is more peaceful and my professional life has thrived. I came to Charlotte Meditation in 2008 because other "therapies", while helpful, did not seem long-lasting. The mindfulness skills, breathing and meditation taught by Ranjit are the most practical techniques for daily living. Whenever I feel anxious/ depressed/ dissatisfied, I apply the skills I learned in Ranjit's eight mindfulness lessons and I find relief and acceptance of what's happening. Now that is what I call "long-lasting." It is a much better way to live life to the fullest.
I have really enjoyed my time meditating with Guru Ranjit. The studio is a lovely and peaceful place, and starting a meditation practice has done wonders in helping me feel more calm and prepared for what life brings. Would recommend to everyone!
With Guru Ranjit's guidance and tools, I have learned to relax more, sleep better and 'be' in the moment. He is a wonderful teacher and a truly exceptional human being. I am the better for knowing him. Our CAREGiving staff enjoyed his meditation session and many said it was the best training we have offered!
Guru Ranjit helped make our HR event for First Sun EAP shine! Within in minutes he got a room full of professionals laughing and engaging with one another like everyone was old friends. I am happy we utilized him and his knowledge and skills. Laughter yoga was a wonderful addition and perfect way to wrap up our day long event.
Very impressed with Guru Ranjit. His teaching has helped my 100 mile per hour teenage son develop skills that he uses to achieve success in school, sports, and his personal life. I feel he is better prepared for college.
