Charlotte Russe

This store is fine. Nothing special. You can find hidden gems and some good deals. Out of all the stores I go into here, this place looks the most like a run down "outlet" store. Most of the staff is at least friendly, so that's nice, though.

Terrible customer service! They did say welcome when I walked in but it was all down hill from there! I started looking (& picking up) some sandals that were hanging and 2 employees walked over and started taking all of them off the rack and moving them to the back of the store....never said a word to me. Then i had a question & looked at an employee (must have been a manager bc she was telling another employee what to do) & she asked if I needed something. I asked her the question & she answered as she was walking away. I went to a different employee bc I still had questions. I had to ask her if she worked there bc she was just standing there. She gave the shortest answer possible like I was bothering her. When I checked out the cashier also acted like I was bothering her. I got to my hotel (I'm on vacation) & painted my daughter's nails with the polish I bought from there & it was the worst polish I've ever used. It was like I was painting them with colored elmers glue.

Terrible experience here. I went here for tax free day. I found a couple of things for good prices. However I wanted to try some shoes on so I took the shoe and asked the employee if I could have a size 7.5! She went back and got the box of shoes for me and when she came back she told me in a VERY rude tone "I have no idea where you got those shoes from so put them back for me." They work there for a reason, obviously I'm fine with putting the shoe back but the way she told me to put it back was completely rude and disrespectful! Next when I was checking out the lady at the cash register didn't say 1 word to me. She didn't say how are you, did you find everything, nothing. She looked at me and just laughed and talked to the other employees. She was Completely rude and I wanted to leave ASAP. I never even got greeted when I walked in the door. Then when I get home I see that my sweater still has a tag on it (the ones that only the store can take off.) so now I have to go back and ask them to remove it. Never shopping at this Charlotte Russe again.

It was Thanksgiving Day, when we received the message about the entire store $20 or Less my daughter had to go!!
