I went in today Christmas shopping and their pajamas were $15 when I went to the cashier she had glasses and long nails, she rang them up as full price, I told her “aren’t they 15?” And she told me “yes with it being 15 it comes out as $21” there is no way that it was almost $5 of taxes when I checked my receipt she clearly charged me full price. So she lied basically lmao

Jessica is an absolute legend! If she’s not already running this place she definitely should be! Best customer service we have had in a very long time, we are professional shoppers!!

It's been such a long time since I have been in a Charlotte Russe. They unfortunately shut all the ones near me down on the east coast. Can't beat the prices! I got a cute dress and shoes for $5 each while on vacation. Absolutely love it!

I was shopping and I found items that I wanted to purchase but I wanted to try them on first. She said I couldn’t use the dressing rooms and I said so if I get them home and they don’t fit can I bring them back and get my money back she said no you could just get a credit I said well that’s ridiculous. Why can I try them out? She said F…k you. I said that’s the way you talk to the 70 year old woman and I lay the clothes down and walk out I will never return to your store.

I usually never complain about a store. But this time i felt as if i should. I'm a local customer I always come to shop because they have good prices and the girls have good customer service. The manager Daisy is the sweetest also! She always tells the girls to give me 10% off since I come almost every week. I came on the 20th. It was a Black Male closing with one of the girls. He kicked me out the store it wasn't even 8 yet. There was still one family shopping. I was trying to explain to him I just needed a shirt for my niece for her birthday. He told me no in a very rude way and to come back tomorrow. The other family was still shopping around and both gates were still open. I don't think it was fair that he kicked me out. This never happened to me before at this location.

I love this location everybody is amazing here so helpful everytime I come in shout out to Leona one of the managers for having such a upbeat positive attitude everytime it's my guilty pleasure they always have the best clearance

This place is so ghetto.. the employees do t have a dress code and some times you see more than you would ever want too.. to the point that i have been shopping here and they ask me if i work there cuz im wearing pants. this place is always a hot mess. You cant ever find the right size because of it. Prices are never up. You can hardly walk through the isles. If you have a stroller please don't go in here.

Great staff, found me a few nice things., hello again we are here visiting again went to same store July 16th 2022, rude staff, told me in a nasty way Icould not try on a bathing suit top, went to Walmart, tried on stuff and bought 5, so please, ask staff to please be polite, no problems following rules, but be kind to us. Thank you.

You can’t try on the clothes yet you can’t return them either? Don’t waste your time at this location, the employees are rude and were literally screaming at each other in front of all the customers

Do NOT WORK HERE!! The management only cares about themselves and do not believe that anyone in the there is not out for themselves. Problems NEVER get fixed and once things escalate, no one will do anything. Still. Not to mention anyone pretty is an automatic target! It NOT WORTH 9-10/hour. What a waste of a great store.
