Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center is amazing! Julie and Ron are extremely caring and helpful. They always make sure my needs are fulfilled and my hearing aids are taken care of. Please visit them!

I would like to thank Ron Binkley and staff for all there help. Mr. Brinkley taught me and helped me so much with my hearing. I'm still having issues with my hearing at home but that's something I have to work on....but Mr. Brinkley is there to help me! The staff are so friendly I enjoy my visits at CSHC. Beautiful and professional environment. Friendly and welcoming staff. Above all they've provided amazing and consistent speech therapy services for my child. Our therapist Kayla is so kind and knowledgeable in helping us with our AAC device!

My daughter has been seeing Meredith since she was probably 3 or younger, she’s now 5 almost 6 and I want to say she has done so well with her speech because of her, she is the best and so kind as my daughter is hyper active and can be a very energetic kid. My daughter is now at level with her peers in school and has now graduated from Charlotte speech and hearing! Thank you!

Julie was wonderful! She spent quality time with me helping to understand my hearing aids and all they can do. You can tell she only wants the best for her patients.

They didn't want to help my child. Instead of doing their job and evaluating my child they asked me a bunch of questions I didn't know the answers to. I then asked to speak to a manager, instead of offering to do a second evaluation she basically said she will side with the previous person.

Ron Binkley, audiologist has given me wonderful customer service since I first visited Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center. I want to thank him and staff for being so patient with me and understanding. I appreciate all that was done to assist me with my hearing evaluation, fitting and any adjustments that were done to make sure I was happy and satisfied and most importantly being able to hear the necessary things in life. Been working with CSHC for 20+ yrs for my son who has hearing loss. The knowledge and experience of the staff is tremendous. Julie and Ron most recently, but everyone there over the years. They advocate for their patients and provide a bridge to support systems, and, most importantly, they are not driven by greed but by a desire to truly help people with speech and hearing issues.
