The representatives were great, but I spent over an hour trying to purchase a phone and their computer "system" wouldnt accept my billing address on my credit card, and when I gave them another card their "system" said "technical difficulty"! I left without a phone
It has good customer service
Efficient - once I found my way in. They could certainly make it easier to navigate their place. And they could be a little bit friendly.
Terrible service. Loves to overcharge!
Gotten better now that joe is gone or I hope so he brings too much trouble to the company and customers
Unlimited data up and running 97% of the time can't beat it
