I very rarely write reviews but this company is simply incredible. The customer service the Charter Flight Group offers is unlike anything I have experienced before. Their staff is quick with responding to questions, fully addresses any concerns I have and ensure that each Chartered plane is ready to go and exactly what I requested. If you are looking at chartering a flight for the first time, the staff at the Charter Flight Group make the entire process super easy. I would highly recommend this group.

I can only say good things about Charter Flight Group. I needed to quickly move my 92 year old mother from Vancouver WA to San Diego and flying commercially was not an option. This was my first time doing something like this so I had many questions. After contacting many other air transport companies I decided to fly with Charter Flight Group. They were able to find me a very reasonably priced one-way flight in an extremely nice jet that was perfect us. They communicated extremely well. I had even sent them a few questions late in the evening and I was surprised to get an immediate response (thank you Heather).
The day of the flight went perfect. We were treated like royalty, during, and at both ends of the flight. I am a commercial pilot and licensed aircraft mechanic myself...this plane was spotless and pilot and copilot were very accommodating and extremely professional. I would definitely fly with Charter Flight Group again and highly recommend their services.

Charter Flight Group, and namely Xavier, are exactly the type of company, service, and overall deliverable...that you thought did not exist anymore. Everything from the initial assurance from Xavier, to the member services department rapid follow-up, and willingness to adjust to our changing needs...simply phenomenal. Our celebrity client, and party were extremely impressed with the pilots, and everything being seamless, and better than promised. This is the company to choose for your needs, and end the fruitless searches with other companies.

Had to book a private jet for my company, and Charter Flight Group was quick in their response, accommodating all of our requests, staff was excellent to work with - ensuring all of our plans went smoothly! I could not have asked for better customer service. I will definitely recommend them and will be using them for any private charter needs in the future.

In September 17 I put together a day trip for my wife's birthday. CFG was great to work with and we had a great flight.
