Great banking system always helpful always cheerful polite courteous And when your families or friends need to pay you something day but firm you think Babe if they have changed and you have changed they could pay you that way or vice versa

Good service and got my money without a problem..

Was here to update the informations in my account, name change, address, phone number. And I came I waited 15 minutes before the girl came and asked me what i was there today and I told her. She told me they have only one banker today and I have to wait an hour.

No one is ever available for phone calls; so so sad!!!

Had a problem and the teller Jessica is the definition of exemplary customer service. She dealt with my problems and even taught me some cool new features on the atm. Great job.

Called 3 time twice no answer and the third time they hung up on me not cool chase

I bank with you for what to hear you can’t even print out my bank statements. Unfortunately was the tellers favorite word.
