Chase Bank

The tellers are nice/helpful/prompt. However, I had an appointment with a banker set for 3pm, arrived early, and waited until 3:15. I was told the banker that I set the appointment with had left earlier to go to a different branch, and planned on being back for my appointment. I had to leave work early to make it to the appointment, and had to return by a certain time. I couldn’t wait for the banker to arrive. Not professional at all. Will be going to a better branch moving forward.

So, we moved here from colorado...went to chase bank and they told us we can't open an account becuse they dont have time, but the people said we could go on line and start the account....you don't seem like you want any business. So for 3 days i walked around with 4000 dollars in my pocket. My advice you realy need to hire people that work... Very disappointed in my visit.

Be careful when depositing money here , had a banker short my account 500$ there is an on going investigation but I had to get cops involved in order for this to be investigated, the branch manager Eric treated the situation like it was a joke. Don’t deal with Fatima inside of this branch or Eric , he is very unprofessional.

This chase is the worst one I’ve been to by far I only go here as a last options. They have terrible customer service. There’s always a wait or some type of problem with the bankers. They will turn your 5 minute bank stop into a 30 minutes one. This bank needs to be reset by corporate. Very unprofessional too I would give this bank a half star if I could

Been banking here for years. I love it

I opened an acct couple of weeks ago here. I did have to wait but they didn't just have me sit there without letting me know what was going on. Friendly staff, everyone was really nice and helpful.

Great bank been a member for over ten years and I've had very little problems.

It's decent there were an interpreter was also helpful with me and the few Hispanics that came in. I was in the to open a checking account. They help me learn some new stuff that I thought was old.

Horrible location. Only one teller on the weekend. Really! 20 people in line. Standing outside the front door. The first and second gave benefit of the doubt. Now. Nope not coming back.

Worst possible bank ever. I can't wait to bank with anyone besides chase
