I hade just opened a bank account with me and my daughter and I called to change the mailing address I let customer service know to change it I received my card but not my daughter card and when we first sign to get them got was same day and time the lady when we first went for are appointment was really nice and friendly but I think customer service can do I bit better because my daughter hasn't received her card and we been waiting since changing the address it's been like around 3 weeks and my daughter really needs her card she's a bit bummed out about it
Lobby is really nice and the staff was nice. I was not able to cash my EE savings bonds with them I had a change in name due to marriage despite being told by another branch that I could. The other Chase branch was able to confirm the correct process without having to do a bunch of paperwork. Not sure if this branch is behind on Chase's policy or if they just didn't want to do the cash out but I wouldn't come to this branch again, the one on Commercial St. was more helpful.
I have only gone inside the bank once and only because my debit card had been cancelled and I needed to get money. The teller was personable but distant, and I was told that if I didn't wear a mask that I would not be helped. This is after the mask mandate had been lifted. I did what I needed to do and left, my branch of Chase Bank has been closed and it's the only one close to where I live. I will only use the ATM's from now on unless I am forced to go inside, unless I can find a different branch. I'm seriously thinking of changing banks.
I love the service i receive when i go in to this branch. employees are friendly and helpful. 2 star rating because i have called this branch many times throughout my time banking here and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. i have probably called at least 7-10 different times with questions regarding my business account and have always had to go in. i have never had them pick up the phone.
Branch manager Carlos was dismissive and rude at this location. I had set up an appointment over the phone to come into the branch to set up a new business account Carlos answered the phone and helped me with this, I repeated the date and time for verification, also wrote it down. When it came time for my appointment they said they had nothing written down for that time, but Carlos was able to help me out right away strange.... He quickly got everything set up for me, which I appreciated, but seemed to give me the expedited version from previous very positive interactions I've had at this branch he did not offer temp checks, or a temp debit card while it came in the mail, I had to request the temp checks. I brought up an issue I had with my established personal checking account, and to make a long story short there was a miscommunication where he ended up cancelling and replacing my personal debit card without verifying it with me first! Thankfully he was able to correct that, and I hope I don't have any issues using that card now, but he did not apologize for the miscommunication, didn't reassure me he had in fact corrected the error, and as a form of dismissal said "have a good rest of your day" with his back to me as he walked away. Have had very positive interactions at this branch until today.
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life no mangers on duty excessive holds on your deposits and will not work with you at all good luck getting in contact with anyone on the phone your better off waiting in line at Walmart every payday .
Branch closes drive up window before 5pm despite posted hours. And good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at this location.
I had someone else's check deposited into my account a week ago, and both times I went in to have the problem fixed I had the pleasure of running into the same sweet girl ah the counter. I wish I had gotten her name. She was blonde, very nice and had a tattoo on her wrist / arm. she was extremely helpful both times. And the second time when I was concerned she hooked me up with Angel? who literally got it fixed same hour. I honestly think the first guy... The manager I think? forgot about me, but the girl from the front desk was SO sweet, remembered who I was the next week and got me help immediately. which she did the first time as well, it's not her fault and I'm so happy with her and angel's professionalism and kindness. It's finally solved and I'm so relieved. TLDR Even though my problem took awhile to fix, .. when I was set up with the right person the second time who took action asap, it was a painless procedure. The front desk person was so SO helpful.
Closed drive up window so no more handicap help. Wants you to use ATM inside instead of a teller. Most tellers are for business customers. Leave you on hold as if they forget you were there. Not too pleasant.
My card info was stolen online, I wanted to get a card issued since they issue instant cards there. It's been several days and the machine is down. Very dissapointed and upset. Unable to access my account on the holiday because fraud on my card and had to directly go to bank. Very inconvenient not to mention my replacement card wasn't even sent by the branch on center who guaranteed it within 2 business days. Will be changing banks VERY soon.
