They has coffee and candy. Not much to say besides it being an ordinary bank.
The bank employees here really don’t want to help you if you’re African Americans. My husband and I arrived to the bank today around 11:45am the bank was completely empty. My husband and I had to wait 35 mins before being seen. We where seen by banker Amy Sabbagh the 1st thing she asked us was do we have jobs. Never said hello how are you doing or anything. She guided my husband and I to her personal office area. We explained to her why we were there so she proceeded to help us. My husband had to speak to someone on the phone so she whipped the phone off and gave it to him. While my husband was on the phone she started asking me personal questions regarding my husband so I answered them. Once my husband hung the phone up she continued asking questions regarding my husband. I answered and she got very upset. She said look....the account is in your husband name so if you continue to answer I can’t help you guys. I completely understand that but why was it ok for her to ask person questions regarding my husband before but I can’t answer them now. Well to make a long story short she told us she would not help us and for her to leave the bank. She go to a bank in your area. She said you not welcomed her and to go to a chase in a different area. We left the bank and right away I got onto the phone with the cooperate office. The treatment her was so unfair and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone
As I watched the teller jibber-jab with a client, I waited and waited and waited some more. The frustrating thing was that I was the only one in line and merely wanted to ask a question not complete a transaction. Glancing the branch for someone else to ask, I noticed some staff standing around chit-chatting, another staff member relaxing at his desk and yet another doing "who knows what." A simple, "Someone will be with you shortly" or at the very least an acknowledging nod would have have been nice. Ended up leaving without my question getting answered. I do like Chase bank, but not this branch the Foothill branch is much more customer friendly. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have to visit this establishment again, I will be sure to wear my ball gown and carry around some designer handbags, maybe then I'll get some service. Such a shame.
I made an account but apparently my social security number was in their system with a different name and address....and closed mine because of that.... Idk how my social security number got there but that's FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!
they made me wait and instead of doing something another chase bank offered to do for me.. this guy only relax on his chair saying I could do it on the phone and I ask to change a check CASH so it wouldn't appear on statement this guy showed me how to use a ATM... the drive thru is easier to deal with
They have no window, might as well just be an ATM. Totally useless.
Don't even try to use the drive-thru, they'll ignore you for up to 10 minutes, or tell you they can't help you because there are customers inside the branch. I drive to the branch in the village for good customer service, even though there is no drive-thru.
Don't go there, worst customer service. They have hired high school failed tellers who don't know how to deal with their own customers. They should close this branch permanently or kick out all tellers.
Very bad experience, long time for waiting, and charging bank statement. I've been a lot of chase, no one charging me for bank statement, but this one. I would never go there.
Bad customer service this lady with glasses didn’t great me n made me put a Mask on n wouldn’t help me I been hear before n never had any problems
