This bank is trash. their customer service is trash.they are rude condensing. insulted me and wife

Came to use the atm today and found all 3 machines were damaged.

THANK YOU MR. LUIS RUBIO. Stepped in with questions and concerns regarding my account right before they're about to close and received exceptional customer service nonetheless. The banker went above and beyond, and was extremely helpful.

The Indian lady who works there is very unfriendly and micro aggressive. I won’t consider keeping an relationship with a bank that the employees think they are the client of the customers, there are tones of other options.
