Chase Bank

Very disappointed with the customer service. New employees rushing customers to leave and don’t let you see a manager or a banker that have experience doing their job.

They just take there friends or the people the know I wait 1 hour to see someone for my business account it’s not nice!!!!!

U guys have to do something I am ur customer I am a business owner but ur workers taking there people who they know they don’t talk nice I come to talk about my money ABOUT MY MONEY not ur Chase bank this people who work is take care of that people they now it’s not nice !!!!!

Beggar guy always inside at nights! Tonight I was extremely scared when He asked for money during my deposit. He is around 18th ave and sometimes aggressive if you don't acknowledge him. This is the reason I don't use this location only when I really have to...but after tonight never again.

This bank branch should be shut down. 45 minutes wait time to see a banker. The bankers are having conversations while there are 5 people waiting. People have left! There are 4 other banks within 3 blocks- try one of those.

Worst bank teller I have experienced, the Chineese teller is the worst ever, very rude, very poor customer care, he need to be taught manners! Get rid of him...
