Staff are friendly and helpful, but the ATMs outside are always having issues and cannot accept deposits or dispense cash. I think I have had this issue more than three times in the last few months. Not sure what is up with the poor reliability with the ATMs at this location compared others. Never had an issue with staff and they make time to help you out.
This place is a joke. Chase as a whole seems to be getting worse with customer service. I’ve come in to Plainfield multiple times and it’s always “we can’t do that today”. I can’t take out money because it’s too high in value. I shouldn’t have to call ahead for a few thousand. I’ve come in to add people to accounts and I’ve always had to make appointments weeks out. This is a multi-billion dollar company holding my money and at best this specific location can’t come up with more than a few hundred dollars and appointments. Happy to be switching banks.
Appointment required for many needs but phone contact is difficult. Great mobile app. Clean and pleasant lobby area.
My go-to banking branch. The tellers are very nice. And they have full service ATMs as well if you need something quick like a withdrawal and/or deposit. The bankers are also nice and seem to have your best interests in at heart when handling your money. And there is always plenty of parking in the lot. The lines always move quickly. Very convenient.
We have banked with Chase for about 20 years. We have spent the past 5 months going back and forth with them in regards to a fraud charge from a travel company. Although we provided ample documentation Chase took money out of our account and gave it back to the company that committed the fraud, as the travel company kept our money and canceled our reservation. We have filed several claims with no help. We can rarely get a live person on the phone that doesn't end up hanging up on us. We are now in the process of filing additional reports and changing banks. It saddens me that Chase would allow this kind of fraud to happen and continue to happen to one of their loyal members. I would not recommend ever using Chase for your banking needs!
I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Always helpful and very quick.
I was trying to get a cash advance using the ATM, however, a message said there was a technical problem and try again later. However I went inside the bank and was helped by a Jennifer. She was the ONLY TELLER open on the inside. She was so kind and very helpful. I will not go into great detail, but truly she was one of the best Tellers I have ever had at ANY bank I have used in the 76 years I have been on this earth!!! Truly I believe this young woman deserves a big pay increase!! Because if she helps others as much as she helped me, then she certainly deserves either a Management job or definitely a higher paying job. She is a real asset to Chase Bank!!!
I can't say enough about how helpful the bankers are at this branch! I worked with Dennis, James and Derek to come up with a plan as I near retirement. All three were fantastic to work with...so friendly, patient and accessible. They presented me with many options and offered great advise. I am so happy that I decided to seek out their expertise!
