Chase Bank

Did mortgage at this location for a year. Witnessed 4 management turnovers. This location needs serious help or possibly should just be shut down. The only competent bakers quit or get fired because the company treats the employees at these locations terrible. Upper management won’t listen to employees to fix the pressing issues. I would avoide this location like the plague. I wouldn’t even go there to do a simple deposit. Upper management needs to to something about this location or it’ll probably only get worse. I had Sholeh was my bank teller yesterday and she was superb. She was extremely helpful, friendly and easy going. Sholeh is an amazing employee this branch is lucky to have. She is the reason I will stay with Chase Banks.

Sitting here waiting for the 8:30am drive up windows to open and witnessed two employees barely go into the bank at 8:30am. It is now 10 minutes later and the drive up still open!

Teller is fine but all other bankers are just sitting around and doing nothing. Some guy is signed in, says a rude hello and another guy does not want to sign in and the que is filling up. Terrible customer service.

The branch manager Terry and the Banker Eric are mentally challenged. I needed an account balance and Eric had to run to the other banker to ask how to find it. What is chase doing hiring bums.
