The guys at the teller were really helpful. Greeted me when I walked in. Helped me reset my pin.....Overall very helpful! This location is pretty new so looks good. Quite a lot of parking available too.....Overall can’t complain of much.........

So grateful for the great customer service by the ladies at this location. I came with a difficult request for a bank statement from 2014 banks are only required to keep 7yrs back. The ladies made their best attempt to retrieve the statements and fortunately were able to assist me. This was a huge help and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to assist me.

Bank is clean and new but it can be really slow in there as there are only 2 tellers

I've gone in a here a few times and received great service. Went in yesterday to open a business account and was helped by Amber G. She was great! Sad that she's not a regular employee at this branch, as we live close to this location and her service was amazing. It'd be nice to go back and discuss any of our business needs with her, considering she's the one who opened our account. Every one in here was helpful and made it a very easy and entertaining while we were there!

I have been coming to this bank for 3 years and after todays experience I will never return. Kari and Cameron were unwilling to help me cash a petty cash check from my business account because they did not understand how to do their job and got upset and very disrespectful when I asked for the bank manager to resolve the issue. I was then told they do not have a bank manager at their location. Then I was told that he walked out and quit just then after I told them I have met that manager several times and they do in fact have a manager at their location. The reasons I was told they would not cash my petty cash check did not make any sense and kept changing after I questioned their reasons. I went to another chase bank down the road and had zero issues. I would suggest going to the Chamblee Dunwoody Chase and staying away from this bank until they get more experienced tellers.

Chase is my main go to bank and this location is no exception, the employees are great and the manager is very helpful, the lines be busy during the peak hours but overall experience was great.

I started banking with Chase at the height of the pandemic. Call times were extremely long and it was chaos everywhere. Trey saw my distress and did everything he could to make things work for me and to keep me as a customer. Keep doing the great job you guys are!!

Onyinye was exceptional! She got my concerns resolved and exhausted every option possible to make sure I left her office with a smile. Highly recommend!

I had the rudest bank service from Bianca and Amber at this location. My father and I were cashing bonds unnecessary comments with rude tones were utilized. My dad even spoke with the bank manager Kamal. I was told that I can go cash my bonds elsewhere. I will never return to this location and am considering banking elsewhere entirely. This is the second Chase within the WEEK that I’ve experience rude customer service.
