Chase Bank

I had THE best customer service here today. I've been frustrated with my savings account being converted to a savings thru fault of my own and losing my overdraft protection along with it. I didn't really understand some of the changes affecting my accounts, so I stopped in the branch ready to pull the plug on Chase and switch to a different bank. I think Seth is the name of the wonderful associate who helped me get my accounts back on track and explained my options to me. I've been with Bank One/Chase since the 90's and so glad everything was straightened out so I can remain a happy customer. Also worth mentioning, the branch was practicing excellent social distancing while remaining pleasant, polite, and customer focused. Kudos to this location!

Came here to withdraw from and close a savings account that my parents made for and I hadn’t touched in years because it was going to be closed soon. Was told to wait a few minutes because only 1 person here could help me... it’s now been an hour and I would never bank here after this one experience. Apparently someone not caring to do their job up front wasted multiple hours of my day by not looking and letting me know that only my parents could do this even though my name was on the account and I’m an adult now. Talk about a disappointment.

Service was pretty good although I did have to wait while the teller finished a personal conversation. They did handle all of my needs.

It was a nightmare opening my acct. Took 2 hrs still not done. We are closing come back tomorrow. They said they would take care of direct deposit, didn't happen. I am going to close acct. today. Don't hassle with the headache find another back.

Robin made up policies! I called corporate and they gave different information and was will to accommodate my request. Robin always put up road blocks to handle parent’s affair! Very racist!

Very protective and helpful for the customers

The teller was not friendly. It took her 20 min for my deposits that usually takes 5-10 minutes and I found out that one of the deposits was deposited to a wrong account.

I have banking here for over 12 years. Always friendly and efficient! Recommend this branch highly!

ATM is a little tricky to get to, but a nice branch.
