Chase Bank

This branch has completely gone down the drain. I have been a resident in the Southloop for years and I have never had to watch a personal banker sit with a customer for over a hour on a Saturday. We need corporate to come in and clean house. This is completely ridiculous.

Great, friendly staff whenever I’ve needed assistance. This is the only bank I’ve gone to since moving in the neighborhood over the past 5 years.

Needed more bank tellers.

Manager May is the best. All other employees are superb!

Been here twice and had to leave because there was no one here to assist. First no business banker to open an account. Next, been waiting 30 mins for someone to notarize a document. No luck. Leaving again.

Extremely slow service, customers have walked out. Not enough seating. Only positive was I was greeted when I walked in.

It used to be one of my favorite banks. But recently, it became the worst managed and the slowest branch. Also, with the bad attitude of the manager, this branch needs a lot of improvement.
