Chase Bank

I like this bank. Despite any problems, it has always been convenient that I could combine a shopping trip with banking. Fred Meyers often has appealing sales, so that was great even if I didn't have a pressing need to go shopping. Now this branch is closed, so if I need to do banking in person I have to drive twice as far.

The tellers that work here are SUPER nice and most of them remember my name. It's a great bank.

Stupid Bank! Won't exempt cashreal money to be deposited in my daughters acount. While she's away in college. I can purchase a money order some were else and deposit that. Need to leave paper trail I guess. My daughter will be changing banks. When did cash be come a bad thing?!

11 am, 1 teller working, one other lady at her desk surfing the net and sipping on her ice tea while line was 6+ people deep. Another girl finally opened a window and seemed bothered that she had to help the line. Rude and inconvenient that Chase won’t accept CASH into an acct. This is why we don’t bank here.

You can't call something a full service branch if all you offer are counter teller services.

All on one level, very small so a bit of a privacy problem. But it works.
