First impression phone call was good then we went in for a consultation to fix our website. The person who we were supposed to meet was not there. We met with someone else who has not even contacted us or followed up yet after 2 weeks. We left our jobs and drove 30mins to meet with this company. What a waste of our time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lack of customer service. I have proof the email they sent me with the time of the meeting 4pm, I even showed Anny this email and Never follow up with us regarding the project.Instead of being apologetic (Karen B. Sales and customer service team) keeps on arguing about this excusing their mistakes by sending passive aggressive emails. Even though I told her to stop harassing me. This clearly shows the lack customer services to the future clients.

Having worked with a couple of different ad agencies in my career, the thing I like most about Chatter Buzz is that they are a real partner and extension of our internal team. They really have a vested interest in the outcome and the overall success of our campaigns. I think that’s the most important thing; you really know that they want to be there and that they want to make things happen fast.

We were looking to refresh our website, brand and online image to really reflect our true passion and vision. We were having trouble figuring out exactly where to start, but we had heard great things about Chatter Buzz. We are very excited about our new site and online initiatives. The collaborative process with Chatter Buzz was very insightful. From the beginning, they took the time to really understand our business model and market in order to strategically direct us on everything from design to content creation and lead generation. The team has really taken their role seriously as our marketing partner and we look forward to continued success in working with them.

Chatter Buzz produced a amazing lead generation campaign for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. They really took on our project as it was their own and they pulled through to the finish line. We are very happy with the website and lead generation campaign they created for our event. We have received some great comments about it. We plan to work with Chatter Buzz again for our future projects and online marketing. They used geo-fencing digital display strategy to target the attendees that we wanted for our event. Their campaign was the lowest cost per attendance compared to the other marketing strategies we implemented. They are true digital genius.
