Ms. Angela is AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, and patient during my recent visit. Her customer skills are superb, and are the epitome of what NEEDS to be delivered at all times. I can truly say that she turned what started off as a bad day into something great for me. You don't encounter too many people like her in today's time. I WILL BE RETURNING to do more business at this location because of her!

I love when I go into the Ace Check Cashing on Portsmouth Blvd. Ms Delene always be in good spirits with her customers. Her personality is out of this world. When it comes to customer service she is the queen. I would recommend her to be the manager for that branch. She gets 10 stars from me

Delene Is helpful and pleasant as always. When it's 5 stars it's 5 stars what else can you say. If you need a small personal/pay check cashed or something and the bank is closed . Perfect place to get it quick. 10 dollar fee for the FIRST TIME ONLY. After that less than 4 bucks for most amounts. Way cheaper than a Walmart or something, and definitely quicker and more pleasant. You can cash your OWN check at Walmart with FIVE forms of ID and they still look at you like the check is fake. Once they get to know you at this place, of course they go through their procedures but it's quick and polite and friendly
