First time I've been back to Raleigh since I left St Louis over 15 years ago. I requested no onions on my burgers I got onions on my burgers which is a very bad thing because I'm allergic to onions. The french fries taste like they were cooked with the churros or the apple pies french fries are not supposed to taste like cinnamon.. to top it off they didn't give me a receipt. So I can't file a complaint using the receipt info. I purchased two of the $6 meal deals. The store was not busy so there's no reason why they would have gotten my order wrong. And cooking multiple different foods in the same oil that's how you get cross contamination that's how fries start tasting like fish and chicken and cinnamon churros instead of french fries. I rarely eat here and every time I do I remember why I don’t like to return. Every time I have ever ordered from this place I have missing food items. We ordered funnel fries, a bacon burger combo, and a chicken sandwich. No bacon burger in the bag and it was an online order so the bag was sealed until we got home. Last time we ordered from here we didn’t get our funnel fries. Definitely the last time we try to order with this company, no wonder they are all closing.

The burgers taste good. What a shame that a lot of locations have closed. The fries are very crunchy and salted just perfectly! The chicken sandwiches can easily be compared to chick fil a. They have a good variety of drinks as well. The staff is always courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this to anyone that just wants a quick bite without cracking the bank !

Came to get some lunch at 2 pm. They had they lobby locked told me and another guy who just walked up to go to the drive thru, neither of us had a car. If it is ok then, why not any other time? I didn't eat there, seemed sketchy.Food: 1/5

I've never seen so many homeless people around any type of a restaurant like This place. They even had the damn doors locked ! They were in the back by the drive through intercom using drugs, hanging out in the front and walking up to the drive through window asking for stuff. WORSE PLACE TO GET FOOD !Food: 3/5

TERRIBLE store I’m from the east coast thought this rally’s would be good but we got overpriced food that made us sick because the overpriced chicken tenders weren’t cooked all the way through. NEVER again. Called the manager she hung up once. Then said she would call me back. Then got rude after I told her I had hospital documentation. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Went to the one on Charleston in Las Vegas. It was about 5pm. Doors were closed. Everyone kept pulling up and going UP to a locked door. So I download the app and ordered. Went through the drive through. They forgot the ranch. Had to go through the drive through again. Now, the food was amazing. Best fast food burger I've had in Las vegas. So it was worth the trouble. It would totally be cool if the lobby had been open though. Wanted the full experience. Lol

Food was ok could’ve been better and bacon fries not that salty. Drive thru service was good girls were friendly and attentive.

Burgers were good. Pricing was so inexpensive I didn’t know what to expect. The lobby is still closed, so no potty breaks. Drive thru is open. The app stinks and doesn’t have good deals like the store signs do. Seriously, don’t waste your time on the app. This location has some transients, so be watchful. Location looks a bit run down.
