"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Order chicken straps 3 piece combo & sprite. Call to let them know about the sprite was hung up on over 10 times but when she answered at first I was told that they just changed it a week ago click. Mind you I was not able to even say anything about the food.This is the Worst customer service every.. if zero was an option that's what I would have put... Beats Believe I I'm following through....
This place is consistently terrible. My son likes the fries, so I stop there occasionally. I ordered a chicken tender combo because he likes those toofrom other places. They didn't give me fries at all, so I had to go back. They gave them to me with no apology. The tenders on inspection were old and dried out. My son's taste is trash so I kept them, but this place is terrible.
Im picking up my order and the girl sees me and just walks by. I’m knocking to get her attention and she just looks at me and keeps on walking I was there for like 10 minutes. I had to get in my car and got through the drive through. I asked her if she couldn’t tell me that I had to go to the drive through and she just said “ is only two of us in here” I told her that I understand that but the facts that she looked at me and didn’t say nothing after she sees that I was there for 10 minutes was kinda rude. She just walks about and acted like she didn’t care. This was on the 10/15/22 around 11:20pm.
The burger was so salty and the fries were semi warm the worker just unloaded the fries from the fryer.Food: 1/5
Great franchise, in my opinion better than McDonald's and Burger King combined.. Customer service, quality of food, cleanliness, and the respect is professional... There's a reason why Checkers is the best.. Food: 5/5
Went to this Checkers on the way home, placed order on an automated order taking machine or A.I. but was pleased that my order was correct.Food: 5/5
The worst checkers by far , no milkshake, always ice machine broken , I tried last 3 months they are same. Today I tried my chance again, they told me only they can give softdrink. You are joke. Close the business
I haven't been there in awhile. My order was nice and hot. The cashier was very friendly.
Maybe it just my food but the popcorn nuggets was not it at all. Only gave it a 2 star because the fries were fresh and good
I admit that I just sat at their outside tables for a little while, but the were very enjoyable, and next time I'll come back and have lunch.
