"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

The absolute worst food I’ve ever received from a restaurant! The first and chicken wasn’t edible! Chicken was like rocks! Fries was so old tasted like the metal they sit in! I’ll never order from them again! I’m a restaurant mgr and I would never serve this trash to a customer!!! I will be calling corporate in the morning!
The staff have very bad attitudes and always messing up orders... ghetto environment. .. always out of stuff Not sure how the Manager was ever promoted to her position cause she dumb as a bag of rocks and someone need to tell them that they should not be arguing with customersFood: 1/5
This was the only bad experience that our girls trip had in Atlanta. Stopped in here after one of our events and the Women with the satin bonnet in the drive thru , like she just rolled out of bed rude and mad lol. Do better people. Fries cold and were stinky,my sister couldn't eat them.Food: 1/5
Under new management and it’s honestly much better. I stop here to grab my daughter fries after school and the line always moves fast and management is nice.
I never expect much from checkers but dang. 3 employees sitting outside smoking while there is a car at each window for at least 5 minutes and like 5 tickets for mobile orders waiting. Just ignorant...
Food tasted fresh and service was okay outside needs to be cleaner and a lot people just standing around for no reason.
Nasty as hell!! Refused to give the FREE item that I received texted for and attitude just as nasty as the place...opened my cup and I don't know WHAT exactly it is in it but it shouldn't be. And my daughter's food was BURNT to where she could barely eat the fries or chicken bites. I asked for a manager and she was no better than the Employees ..pocket full of money but decided to eat CHECKERS all because my baby wanted it and the manager act like I was trying to get over on them and get something for FREE!! So yes I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.
EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS CHECKERS IM ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED . FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD. THEY COOK ALL THE MEAT WHEN THEY OPEN BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS HARD AND DRY. JUST CLOSE THE WHOLE THING. WHY DO YOU PUT THE FAKE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT. JUST A DISASTER
please please do not order from here I have worked here for a year and they are so nasty I quit today & im disgusted they having rats , roaches I have videos let the food sit out ALL night 0/10 if you care about your health don’t order from here
Worst Checkers on the face of the planet. Before the “Owner” of this location replies with a copy/paste statement to this, just shut your mouth. You deserve this store closing on you with how you run it. Don’t support this business. Nasty environment that turns off their business phone so they don’t have to talk to customers. You just ruined your franchise location buddy.
