I called two weeks ago asked about rates and availability on a set of closed shoulder retreads,  they said no problem.  Two weeks later I pull in they remove my 4 drive tires dismount them then roll out the new ones.  They are not what I asked about, not what I ordered not what they promised. At this point I have no options but to have them installed.  In a week or two I will stop somewhere Nd sell these for whatever I can get and rwplac e them with what I was promised.  I will never back. I will never recommend. If anyone I know says their going to cheever I will hit them over the head with a bat and save them a screwing!  Can I rate less than a star?

Drove in Friday just before close with an emergency repair and they got me back on the road immediately with a patch.  Can't say enough good things about the service, highly recommended!!!!
