He’s very careless person in this world. I am trying to call him. He didn’t replying it’s 3 month ago I sent him lots of messages . ? My work permit is going to be expired. I am working in medical field they need a letter from USCIS department. I am really in trouble. But he don’t care.

He was good until submitted case, but after submitted he told me “this is not included” or “my assistant will contact you” which would never got. Quick process but too bad communication. I wish they did way better job since they were charging me.

I have been working with Richard Chen for the last year and a half while awaiting my marriage based I-485. He is very responsive and helpful throughout the process even though we moved out out of state he was very easy to communicate with. He is direct and honest, which is hard to find now in days, especially in NYC. If you are thinking of hiring him, don't even second guess it. Be prepared with your questions and do not ask what you can easily find online.

Words can’t express the appreciation my husband and I have for Richard Chen. He made the process of applying and receiving my husband’s GC a breeze. He was very clear what we should expect and how to prepare for our interview. When we finally got ours, there was no document missing. We were in and out with our approval after 20 minutes! I am an attorney-at-law back in Turkey and did my master of law degree in New York City, Fordham University and I swear to god, I have never seen this kind of rudeness to a client in my entire life. After he took the fee, he totally changed and being so rude and instead of helping me, he just tried to get rid of me asap each time we met. I could write two full of pages regarding how his attitude was but there is no need. He should pray for immigrants because otherwise he wouldn't be able to find even one client. He needs to understand that being an attorney doesn't mean just to fill out the blanks on the USCIS forms, it is not that simple! As a lawyer, I felt shame for him...
