Called in the a order. Order taker was very rude. Cancel ordered and went to a different location with better customer service.

We have been enjoying Chen's for over 10 years. Never have had a bad meal. Always hot and fresh...and served with respect and a shy smile by Mrs

Asked for napkins was told they had none.ordered the house lo mein and had to eat with my fingers because they must have run out of forks and chopsticks

Man that answers the phone to take orders is very rude, won’t be ordering ever again.

Best wings I’ve had so far! I’ve noticed if you call in for pick up they don’t have the food ready till they confirm when you arrive. I think because to many people call their location and never pick up their food because they showed up to another restaurant not realizing the mix up.
