I had a great experience with Mr. Chen last time I was in NYC. He was very patient with me as I practiced my Chinese while we discussed his watches for sale! He did an excellent job of servicing the watch I needed repaired, and I ended up buying a vintage watch from him as well.

super great service because it was fast, efficient and at a great price. I had 2 watches i need to fix and they did that in 2 hours on a walk-in. They also have a beautiful collection of vintage watches
