I absolutely love the team here. I usually choose any waxer when booking, so mine changes each time. It doesn't matter. The service is the same through and through. Each of them are professional, making the environment inviting, relaxing, and even fun. I'd show you pictures of their work, but seeing as I get the full Brazilian, it would get me banned. However, trust me when I say it looks so good!

Camille was absolutely amazing. It was my first time and was really nervous. She talked to me the whole time about anything and everything. I was very happy and satisfied with her service. I felt comfortable and never felt embarrassed. Thank you everyone! Receptionist I didn’t get her name was very nice and helpful! On the books for my next appointment!

I had an appointment scheduled and they canceled my appointment 30 mins before I was supposed to be there. I took the day off and got a babysitter to go to this appointment. I leave on a trip next week and will now not be able to go in before I leave. Their cancelation policy is if I cancel 24 hours before my appointment I have to pay for the full service. But I got nothing in return. Will not be going back. Really bad way to do business and customer service. Edited to add since I can’t respond to the owners snarky response. My first experience was not traumatic. The employee was great. I have to arrange my day off because of conflicting hours of my work schedule and the time the business is open, and get a babysitter as a toddler wouldn’t be fun running around a wax room. Ya know single parent problems. But we still deserve to be treated properly. I just expect a business to treat me the same way they want to be treated. And if you expect a 24 hour cancellation notice or I have to pay for the full service. I should be given some kind of consideration. Maybe a sorry for the inconvenience? Maybe a here’s a coupon for your next visit? Maybe let me delay someone 10 minutes so we can fit in half of your service? Literally anything would have been better than the too bad so sad response I got. I completely understand things happen. I understand people get sick. I now understand that your employees don’t care how they reach out to customers because you as the owner don’t care. My issue wasn’t that it had to be cancelled my issue is the way it was handled.
I went to Magda for a lower half leg wax, and she was excellent. She has a very bubbly, friendly personality, and she works quickly. I was pleased that they are following COVID-19 protocols, and it's very clean. The pricing seemed a little steep to me, but this was my first leg wax, so it might actually be a great deal. I already have my second appointment scheduled!
This place is just okay. Their waxing is fine but I did find one thing really strange. When I got my underarms done, instead of using a powder before the wax to remove moisture, they just kept using the sheet I was lying on to wipe my underarms…I’m not an expert or anything but that’s kind of unsanitary no?
Magda is wonderful. She's very good at waxing Highly recommend. I've been to a lot of people over the years for waxing services and I was very happy with her service. She's great, as pain free as waxing gets, and she did an excellent job. I will be coming back
I’ve been a customer of theirs for many years. I’ve seen 6 waxers since 2015 and I’ve only ever had one bad experience. I’m sorry for the people that claim to have had surprise charges on their accounts, but in seven years I’ve never been charged for anything surprising. There was one time I missed an appointment and I had no excuse. They didn’t charge me. There was a time my baby was sick and I had to cancel. I didn’t get charged. There was a time my son had COVID and I didn’t get charged. There was a time I was too late for the appointment and I didn’t get charged for missing it. This business is OVERLY understanding of extenuating life circumstances and my experiences prove it. My only bad experience was due to being waxed by a new waxer. I didn’t bother asking for a refund, getting her a talking to, etc. I knew she was trying her best and she’s still learning. I have been waxed by the owner and she is wonderful. A while ago Ashley left and recommended Destiny. Destiny is the fastest and most thorough waxer I’ve ever experienced. She is friendly, personable, sweet, and funny. In the past I’ve had all but my legs and arms waxed, but I regularly get Brazilians. I highly recommend Destiny!
