I went in looking for a piece of glass for an unusual purpose and they were so nice, helping me get exactly what I needed.  I thought I would need to come back later to pick it up but they prepared it while I waited and carried it to my car.  They could not have been any better.

If you ever get a glass window broken, please DO NOT GO TO CHERRY GLASS  to fix it!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! We took our window there, they ordered a new window, they broke the window during installation!!! They reordered a new window and have not contact us to come to our house to install it like the manager told my husband they will do as a 'courtesy'. We called today to see what the heck was going on... the receptionist says, we don't have your address and you were supposed to bring the frame back to us we wont come to your house!!!! Ohhhh I am pissed!!!  Do not go there!!!! Share please!!!
Never do business with Cherry Glass in IF!!!!!
