Had someone steal my identity and illegally file my taxes two years ago. The detective was able to find out that the person had accessed an open wireless network just over the border from Mexico in Texas at a large office complex and had managed to gain access to my eFile and submit it fraudulently. The detective was extremely thorough and assisted myself as well as the IRS is repairing the situation. I am not always a fan of law enforcement, and there will always be sour people arguing that there are no guilty men in jail, however my experience was wonderful.

I can't speak for the police, but my goodness was the receptionist rude. I called for a well being check on my aunt who lives 5 states away and the person on the line starts being sassy and acts all condescending. Seriously ma'm, get a real job if you hate your job that much
