Story

Our founder and trainer, Cheryl Sargent, is an award winning Bichon Frise groomer. With over 25 years of grooming and training experience, Cheryl is well-known for immaculate scissor finishing.

Our Standards

Our staff subscribes to the highest pet industry standards in the care and grooming of your dog. Each of us undergoes special training before we begin our service. We employ grooming equipment meeting or exceeding industry standards, ensuring the most effective and efficient grooming possible. We use the highest quality, locally sourced products that are both eco and pet friendly. We have an ongoing concern for the humane treatment of all pets.

Groomers Report and Health Alert

We provide a written report of observations made of your dog which concern his/her health. A recommendation for veterinary attention may be made. The report covers conditions which appear obvious to the groomer from experience handling dogs. It is not intended to replace regular check-ups by your veterinarian nor is it a medical examination. It is a courtesy extended to you out of the humane concern for your dog's health. The report also keeps you informed of their groom training progress.
