Christopher Porter, the PA on staff, was absolutely phenomenal. He listened to my concerns and helped to suggest some health and lifestyle changes that truly made a difference to my medical issue. He also helped me find the medicine that actually worked for me without making me miserable with side effects. I have been trying to find answers for my issue for at least 5 years and I finally found them here. I can’t recommend this provider enough! Two big thumbs up.
The staff are awesome and so are the docs. Balloon sinuplasty changed my life --i can finally breathe through my nose!!! The office has very caring techs and docs Porter and Saffold are great!
I have been coming here for about 6months and I have had only good experiences. The front desk is always professional and polite. Latia, is who has helped me and she is always professional and sweet. Dr. Porter is great. He is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I can't adequately epress the how the surgical procedure and overall care has impacted my quality of life. I have suffered with severe year-round congestion for over 30 years. I have gone through several different courses of care with minimal results. I only wish I had come to Chesapeake Bay ENT sooner. I am one year post surgery and I am 100% satisfied with the results. I would recommend giving them a visit if you are experiencing any ENT issues. They are professional, personable and caring.
My experience was good, I went in for an ear cleaning because my ears were impacted. The doctor and his assistant were very friendly and the Doctor was assuring that everything was going to be fine and it turned out it really was, Im not a fan of medical building's, make of that what you will. The only con I have to give Chesapeake Bay ENT is I guess lack of communication? Scheduling the appointment was seamless and I was told it would be $75 to get my ears cleaned, we got there and at the desk I had to pay $150, that was a shot I wasn't seeing. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Great Practice! Got me in last minute after a full night of 3 emergency room visits today try and stop my nosebleed. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Update: wanted to update my review to point out that almost all of these 5 star reviews are fake and coming from accounts where this is the only review they’ve made. DO NOT GO HERE. Original: Unprofessional and rude. The staff and the doctors were disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Stopped coming after 2 appointments because every interaction I had was disappointing. Overheard the staff AND PA talking about me right beside the door of the room I was in. They were saying they think they’ve seen me before it was my first appointment and that they didn’t believe anything was wrong with me? It was a very weird situation and I should have left then but wanted to give them a chance. They ignored my questions and gave me a diagnosis without even looking at my throat?? It was shady and made them seem incompetent. Also they wanted me to call the insurance and use the codes to schedule a surgery and file my own billing? Have never been to a doctor that had the patient do this, it makes no sense, I’m not a nurse or doctor, I don’t know how to charge for my own medical care. What kind of scam is this place. JUST DONT GO HERE. Go anywhere else for better service and care. Literally go ANYWHERE else
A real blessing for me. My two brothers had surgery prior to my giving them a try. Prior major airway surgery had me skeptical. My brothers raved about the care and the results....so I gave it a shot. I have absolutely no complaints and I also received a successful results allowing me to breath much better and to relieve my sinus discharge. I am a very happy patient. My experience with the office staff was great. Doctor Saffold, PA Malone, assistant Sarah and the entire staff were the best. Very thoughtful, considerate, and thorough. I would recommend the procedure and the professionalism of the staff to anyone that is having sinus issues. I have already referred family and friends to to Dr saffold.
