I love the doctor I see but the staff that answers the phones have a lot to be desired!
I'm not a patient here. But based off these bad reviews I don't want to be. I don't trust a place with mostly good reviews by the way it be the staff lying.
My appointment went really good they took an ultrasound and it went well. And Dr Shah doesn't want to see me for 9 months. I'm happy.
I highly recommend Chesapeake Urology- Franklin Square. The office is in a great location and easy to access. All of the staff are personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was able to answer all of my questions, and my doctor did a great job detailing the procedure that I was to have.
No long wait time. Walked through the door. Checked in. Sat down only two seconds was called back to a room. Vitals taken rights away. Labs done right away. Doctor was in n the room with a fees seconds. Would recommend to every one
Found this practice through hospital referral and we are so pleased. Dr. Shah is very friendly while professional and genuinely cares about my husband. Every staff member is caring and makes visits and procedures so easy to get through. We highly recommend this group!
Great experience throughout the whole process! From admin staff, to nurses, assistants and doctors, everyone is very friendly, helpful and caring!
