The officers are always over the top nice and courteous everything I have ever been in there. Never really gotten into any trouble; it seems like as long as your paperwork is in order and you don't seem drunk or tweaked out, you're good to go.

I agree this is such a waste of time, fuel and cost of productivity. Not to mention damn hazardous when the lot is icy and when it is...beware it is super slick to walk on. That being said they are nice in there if you have current registration and IFTA and understand English. Most of the time I come thru about 430am before the POE is open at 5.

The first visit went well however my 2nd visit was appalling. The staff there were so hateful. I witnessed them as a group openly cursing and being extremely rude to truckers. I got a citation which i deserved and im not here to complain about that. During the time i was there i watched as staff yelled at numerous truckers and even threatened one who once he left i heard racial commentary on. There needs to be a major restaffing, anger managememt, or some similar form of retraining. This was some of the worst behavior i have experienced in my life. There was no regard for others. I also overheard them betting who could nail their next trucker for more. I genuinely hope there is a paradigm shift there it is needed.
