I would give this shop a 6 star review if I could. I was in the store today and everyone was extremely professional. Tony was nice enough to assist me with purchasing my first ever Bow. I told him I was new to the sport and I did not know much. He took the time to show me a couple of Bows and give me the pros and cons. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. There was no point in time where I felt overwhelmed because he did such a great job explaining everything. Do yourself a favor and visit them if you would like to learn from people who enjoy what they do and enjoy teaching others.
I’m so disappointed with this place. I read reviews and I thought it’s a great place to buy my first gun but unfortunately it is definitely NOT. I wasted my time to come and pick the right gun, and I was waiting for the call from the store after the background check to pick it up. The call never came. I called after 2 weeks and got confirmation that it’s good to pick up. I came and …. It’s not my gun I chose!!! Can you imagine??? The gun I chose is not in the store, they can’t get me anything and the only choice I had, it was to get my money back. No help, no sorry, nothing. I don’t recommend anybody to go there. Find another place, as I’m looking again.
Living in the area, I've been here many time. Most recently purchased my Elite bow from them and they DID NOT help me set it up at all. As a new archer it was upsetting that they Installed the sight incorrectly, measure my draw length incorrectly + cut my arrows incorrectly and would not provide any shooter feedback to assist me. Most of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable but their are a few employees that are not very personable and do not truly care about the customer experience.
Jim helped me set up my compound bow and the basics of how to shoot it today. Very kind, welcoming and unpretentious. Super helpful in every way! Highly recommend this place for archery service.
I bought my first handgun! Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He showed me multiple guns until I found the one I was comfortable holding! Extremely professional and eased my anxiety about buying my first gun!
Staff was vert friendly and knowledgeable. They have an excellent variety of ammo and guns. Good amount of other hunting and fishing equipment. Was in a rush when I went but next time I go I will spend more time looking around.
Service was so good I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. Their store is huge and the selection was really impressive. Prices of everything I looked up were as good as online retailers.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Lots of inventory, and they periodically put out sale catalogs. This is my main stop for hunting and marksmanship gear and supplies.
I cannot recommend any store more than Cheyenne Mountain Outfitters. The staff here, especially Roger and Bob, are so patient and helpful.
Not many sporting goods stores that offer the services this place does. Dealt with Vinny who is Top-shelf! Thanks Vinny for the new string and set up on my Old Hoyt Slammer!
