All of my lash extensions fell out within 24 hours of the service. They reached out to me 2 weeks after the service to follow up on the lashes. When I told them all of my extensions fell out the same day, they offered me 50% off of a refill. How can you offer me 50%off of a refill when there were no lashes left to refill? The only place I get my lashes done! Every lash artist is highly talented and detailed. And I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years now : no twisted lashes. Perfect length and always a super natural look! Just book your appointment!
Service was awesome. The front desk ladies are very professional & the lady who did my lashes & brows is knowledgeable and VERY personable. HIGHLY recommended. I just wish they waxed brows.
I was looking for a quick threading and came here as a walk-in on a weekday. They were kind and welcoming, adding me to a list that ended up with less than 10 minutes of wait time. She was very professional, quick and I was very happy with my brows! Will be going back again.
Nicole is one of the best lash artists to grace Houston. It’s not just her work that is amazing, she listens to you. It’s so hard to find someone that actually cares about the health and longevity of your lashes. Nicole is an expert and you’re literally in the best hands. She’s also really funny and bubbly so I always leave not only feeling pretty but so cheerful! *chefs kiss*
Came here when I was time constrained, glad I tried it out! I was super skeptical of getting my eyebrows threaded here given its a lash boutique BUT I will say I’ve been back twice now and am very happy with the service provided haven’t tried any lash services but def recommend for eyebrow threading
3 stars for the lash lift. My lashes are lifted haha but the eyebrow tint I got is nonexistant. Looks as if I didn't get anything done to them. For the price it should have been done better, or properly for that matter. Won't be going back. But not the worst experience.
Ivy is absolutely amazing! I change the location I book my appointments with in order to have her do my lashes. I have seen her at all three locations but lately it seems she has been primarily at this one. She is very professional and I always leave with full beautiful lashes!
Elegant venue and excellent threading. Elf brand products to help enhance your brows and lashes are also sold here. I was able to get a tutorial on how to fill in my brows with wax and gel too. Thanks so much for seeing me same day!
