Go through the drive-through some day during a lunch rush when both lanes are packed, and watch a well-oiled machine in motion. Professional, efficient, courteous: this store values its business and patrons alike. I made it through that line of 20 cars in 5 minutes, holding my hot, tasty bag of chicken! There's a good reason this franchise branched out of shopping malls. High quality fast food here!

Always a great experience!! I absolutely love it when they have employees out in the drive thru taking orders. It makes it go so quickly! Food is always made exact! It tastes great! The employees are also very kind and courteous!

Probably the best Chick Fil-A I’ve ever been to. Employees were excellent and constantly attending to guests’ needs. If ever in Cheyenne again this will be a stop for me.

The food is always great and the customer service is truly one of a kind! While dining here, they were packed and an employee washed around clearing trays and offering refills.

Great location, great food and great service!! Love the new gluten free buns that you can now get with any of the grilled chicken sandwiches, they bring it out with the bun in it's own wrapper and the chicken in a container so you know they haven't been cross contaminated. Love cfa!!
