The SLOWEST location I have ever been to and once you are in line at the drive thru you are stuck: Also, one of the items I ordered was the seasonal chicken tortilla soup. It was almost $6, yet there was not ONE single identifiable piece of chicken in the entire bowl.

The manager Caitlin working today 8/22 at 1pm was out of this world! She was working her butt off to keep the store running efficiently and clean. She was amazing! Thank you for making out lunch such an enjoyable experience.

Same great chick fil a food, but every time I go there they forget something. This last time they asked what dressing I wanted for my salad and if I wanted any side dipping sauces. I told them twice what I wanted. I didn’t get any dressing or dipping sauce.

Our experience was a complete disaster from the line to order, then having to drive around the building to get back in a line to wait for a delivery which didn't happen so we had to go and ask for our order after waiting for 15 minutes then out food being cold. I love chick-fil-a so having this experience is extremely disappointing.

The cashier today, Jolene made us do 3 different transactions because she wasn’t waiting for all our items to come up before she rung it up and charged the guac and quesadilla separately. Today was definitely horrible customer service especially when it wasn’t even busy, there wasn’t a line and it took 20 minutes to get done and we didn’t get our side tortillas as we have already asked.

Food was amazing. Went in for a pick up. It took a while, and there weren't many people there or in the drive-through. Employees were talking with each other in front of the customers about some strange things, but they seemed to be working hard.Food: 5/5

Usually don’t have issues but they’re not open for breakfast and that’s really disappointing as a customer who’s been going to this location since their opening. Hope this is a small hiccup and they get it back together. Otherwise, good chicken, and great service people working behind the counter.

2nd time, maybe last time. Along with rest of family. My son ordered chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. They gave us the sauce, but no nuggets. I called number, but it is central number not the actual location. They took info, but no idea of turnaround from them. I guess my son goes hungry because of them. If I wanted McDonald's level of service, I'd go to McDonald's. Update: Still no response from them at 1 hour

Got home only to find they did not put any bbq sauce,Polynesian sauce, or ranch dressing in my bags. Kinda ruined the meal considering i had nothing but ketchup at home

Food was good but they are stingy with the sauce. You would think 3 orders of chicken fingers would get at minimum 3 sauces but they only gave 2. So someone had to go without sauce... I should've known better than to drive away with out checking the bag.
