This Chick Fil A is always quick and efficient. My food has always been hot and packed carefully. This location goes above and beyond. I was having a bad day recently, and my biscuit was cut in a heart. Valentine’s day is coming up-that’s what it was for but it’s still a week away. Always impressed by Chick Fil A. This location is a great addition.

One of the best Chick-fil-A locations! Friendly staff and fast service. At this time they are drive thru and carryout only. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a diet Dr pepper. My son ordered the regular chicken sandwich no pickles, a side of Mac and cheese, and a Sprite. I ordered inside carryout and I honestly couldn't have been more IMPRESSED! Our food came to us before the cashier was able to finish our 2 drinks!!!! Now, that is fast! When we made it home, the food was still hot and delicious. My spicy chicken sandwich had a perfect amount of heat. My son LOVES the Mac and cheese. Keep up the great job Cantrell Chick-fil-A!

This is my go-to chicken sandwich place. The employees are always courteous and the food is up to and above expectations 98/100 times. Only a few times did I notice either the fries or the sandwich to be too salty. I'm sure they'd give me a replacement if I went back but I didn't have the time. I'd recommend this place for its food and for their courteous employees.

It was a low point in my eating experience with Chick-fil-a. I ordered for curbside service delivery. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes. Upon going into the restaurant to check on my order, there was another wait while they pulled up the order and calling back to the preparer to prepare the order. After another 10 minutes wait I finally received my order. The line outside had cycled at least 2 times while I waited. I have had delays at this location a couple of times before this last episode. At least, as usual, the food was good and hot.

I don't like going to this location but I had no choice. The line was wrapped around the building at least a 20 min wait. Then after I get my food they gave me a drink carrier I trusted that. As I'm driving home I noticed it was leaking they didn't put the top on either one of my drinks and half of them spilled in my car. Then I asked for half lemonade and half unsweetened tea they gave me unsweetened tea. Then my fries was cold the wait time is so long I didn't go back and the inside and curbside was closed. Would not recommend this location

What food you get tastes good. Will you get everything you ordered? Maybe not. Not the first time our side items have been left off our order despite paying for them. Also, multiple times the kids meals we ordered have no toys. Not to mention the 15 minute wait after placing and paying for our order this evening.

The Whole Management Team is UNPROFESSIONAL & RACIST! Jimmie Hefner & The Owner Michael! Also found a piece of hair in my food and I called for a refund. The line just rang and rang!! Never did answer the phone! I hate this location!

Play place? YES So I visit little rock once or twice a year with my family, and they always want to go to chic fil a. My now 7 year old loves playing in the playground. I was shocked when we arrived today and found our usual one didn't have it anymore! We visited 3 in search of one with a play place and found this location. I was informed that most stores are getting rid of their play place when they are remodeled! Bad decision in a town where there's a huge children's hospital that caters to a large part of the state! Good on this location for keeping theirs. They said they were not getting rid of their playground. We will be returning. Here when we visit little rock in the future. This Chick fil a used to be the best CFA in central Arkansas, with some of the friendliest staff and best customer service around. They never messed up orders, and they were FAST! They had literally won awards for their speed and accuracy. I have been going to this location for somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 years or so.. I used to get breakfast here almost every day, and often lunch as well, the order takers knew my name and usually knew my order even. When Bob Paine retired august 2022 the new owner took over and has quickly run this location into the ground. I am deeply saddened by this change, as I had several friends and family members who worked here over the years, and like I said I used to go nearly every day. These days they have closed the inside, they are not accepting mobile orders, they’re not doing curbside, and they don’t have people outside with the iPads anymore, it’s all through the menu, 1 line not 2, and it takes ages and the food is soggy and the people are not nearly as friendly. As far as I know there isn’t a single person still there that was there before. Chick fil a corporate NEEDS to step in and take care of this or they will quickly lose a large customer base. My understanding is the son of the previous owner had attempted to purchase the location to take it over and CFA told him no. That will go down in history as one of the worst decisions they ever made.. So Sad.

Went there about 8:15pm on 11/172022..the lady that took my order in line was extremely helpful and nice Also the gentleman outside of drive thru super nice and accommodating to the woman that was behind the glass doors of drive thru...she was very rude..I had ordered water with lemon with my meal..she gave me a small cup..asked for the medium size that came with my meal..she then "politely " threw it aside and said "we are out of lemons so I just squirted lemonade in there"? No salads so I had cold tortilla soup and grilled chicken sandwich when I ordered spicy deluxe..Everyone was exceptionally nice..except for her..$18 on cold food and not receiving what I asked for
