Lousiest Chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Took forever to find, cashier was not friendly, out of chick fil a sauce— what kind of chick fil a doesn’t have chick fil a sauce???? Told the cashier to forget about it and went to another restaurant.
Can’t find the place. Visited the health center where it directs you on GPS. Staff attempted to give me directions to it, couldn’t find it. Why have it here if you can’t find it and have to ask people? Very frustrating
I kid you not. It took 3 cashiers to take my order, and my order came out wrong. There was a male cashier who told me that items were out of stock and after my order was taken I found they still had items in stock. The employees were completely unprofessional and just playing around like it was a joke.Food: 2/5

Have not been disappointed yet. Great food for kids indeed. Should try the frosted lemonade with fries oh my. Line moves pretty fast. I only wish i could the theory of real . If you looking for burgers this is not the place. Spicy southwest salad is to die for my tasteful opinion
A decent experience overall. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff/server forgot to add cheese on my sandwich and nearly forgot to include one of the items fries I ordered until I reminded them.Food: 3/5
I usually try to get milkshakes, but they either mess it up somehow or don’t have any. The lines are too long for them to say ‘nah we don’t have milkshakes’ without any prior warning
It serves its purpose. Its located inside the student center at Morgan State University so its not a full service location. It somewhat reminds me of the fast food you find at rest stops. You go in and pick up what is already prepared and go to the main cashier to pay for your food. Every time that I've gone the workers behind the counter have been helpful. The only thing is when I get the nuggets they seem to be fried just a bit too hard. Sometimes the cashiers for the food area aren't the best as they aren't always as engaging as I would like. Other than that, no real complaints.
Chikfila is outrageously overrated. Kind of expensive for a fast food place. I'm never satisfied after getting a meal here but after 1 sandwich I lose my appetite for more of their chicken entirely. It doesnt taste bad but it's a very distinct taste that's tiring to the palate.
